It’s time for the 3rd quarter planning at your staffing agency. In this video, Allied Insight Founder and CEO Jeff Pelliccio talks about what you can do to make the most out of the opportunities that come along this season to set your staffing agency up for success.
First, live events are coming back. Now would be a great time to get your leadership team to check out any of these conferences and be in the know about what’s new in the staffing industry. And while you’re at it, see if there’s any change in business focus in terms of strategy on the front lines that could really use your support. It’s always a good idea to get everyone on the same page.
Next, look back on the milestones you’ve reached and see if there’s anything at the end of its life cycle. There can be assets you’ve promoted in the earlier parts of the year or awards you’ve won that you can use to leverage your third quarter communications.
Next on the list is to start thinking about your salary guides. Companies have been putting salary guides out sooner and sooner and it appears that October and November are the most ideal months to deliver them for the following year.
Fifth is data hygiene. Based on your pipeline activities, work with your management, frontline, sales, and recruitment teams to clean up and update databases. As you go through this process, you’ll easily spot areas to optimize or automate. There might also be opportunities for additional segmentation within your database that allows for message alignment to get stronger conversions.
