So now let’s get down to it, how can you help your staffing agency standout? I mean, we’re all using very similar resources, we’re pulling from virtually the same pools. What is the difference between working with one staffing agency and another. Many people might think that it maybe it’s their origin story. And the origin stories are typically really good, however, they don’t necessarily speak to your process. Now, if you can intertwine your origin story to a process. Now you have something that not only helps you get in front of clients but also justifies why they should take the time and go through you.
So as we can see a good origin story that leads to a process does really give you an edge in the marketplace, a good market differentiator. Other things that you can look at might be your flexibility. Perhaps your capabilities to operate nimbly working with a client based on their specific needs. Next you could look at something like maybe your process. So perhaps you have a vetting process that really streamlines the hiring cycle or vets out candidates in a very specific way and based on your verticals that you’re managing that also could be a great differentiator.
Last, what about your experience overall. And I’m not talking about your tenure or your accumulated years of experience, I’m talking about the experiences that you provide, that’s something else that you can control that is a huge market differentiator. I mean, take a page out of Amazon’s book, you know what they do isn’t necessarily extraordinary, but the consistency in which they do it, no that’s extraordinary.
So if you’re looking for things to be able to differentiate yourself in the marketplace, identify those things that are inherently true to your staffing agency to your core brand, and lean on those as a way to really set yourself apart from the competition.
