The things you may post, other than the expected job openings, are company events and veteran employee stories—including yours—that can inspire your followers. Give them a concrete overview of what to expect if they work with you.

According to Adobe, posting on Facebook should make you a regular on people’s feeds. You may post one to two times per day, up to twice a weekday, and only once on the weekend. On the other hand, LinkedIn suggests that you post once per business day.5

 

2. Tell Your Brand Story Through Instagram and TikTok

Instagram and TikTok are filled with hardworking influencers. Through these mobile apps, you would want to focus on content people can relate to. Address pain points with care and present your life’s mundaneness in and out of the office. For Instagram, one image or carousel post a day works. With their current strive to cater to video content, you may post up to two Instagram Reels per day. To stay afloat on TikTok’s algorithm, uploading up to three videos daily is recommended.

 

3. Swiftly Update and Be Updated on Twitter

People easily express their heartaches and call out injustice through anonymous tweets, which can still benefit you.6 With Twitter’s regularly updated trends and short postings, you can find the most recent news about your industry and the freshest feedback about your company. They may tell you about their interview experiences with your team or what they think is good about your firm.

Take advantage of this platform by responding to people as quickly as possible and updating them about immediate changes in your personal life or work. You may encounter users you never knew, but use your Twitter account to be approachable and present. Aim to post up to thrice a day. You may start with a greeting or an affirmation at the start of your day.

 

4. Form Communities through Facebook Groups, Reddit, and Discord
